Jessica & Little Dude
When my senior year of high school started to roll around, I began to get anxious about taking senior pictures. I knew I wanted to include my horse, Little Dude, in a large portion of the photographs, but I didn't know of any photographers in my area who had the equine expertise to capture what I wanted.
Then I found Lindsey and LifeExposed. I immediately fell in love with her soft, warm approach that I felt truly captured the essence of what it meant to love a horse so much that I wanted him to be in my senior pictures.
Lindsey was so easy to work with through the entire process, and I was blown away with the results. She knew exactly how to pose my horse and I, and even though my horse is very difficult to work with due to his short attention span and herd-bound nature, Lindsey was able to offer such a large variety of beautiful, high quality photographs at a price that was friendly to a family saving for college.
I had such a hard time choosing which photos I wanted to turn into a canvas display to take college with me, which was the best problem to have!

I've known Lindsey from LifeExposed since our undergraduate days at NC State. Her work at the College of Design was insanely creative and immaculately detailed, so it didn't come as a surprise when she started LifeExposed to further showcase her talents. She has been photographing our family since 2013. I know we aren't getting any more attractive as time goes by, but somehow the images she captures get sweeter with each session. In addition to getting some more traditional "posed" photos, Lindsey's specialty is lifestyle photos—think freezing a moment in time, without losing a single one of the feels. Her patience and willingness to work with even the most difficult subjects (for us, an energetic 3 year old, hopped up on jelly beans, and a non-compliant senior fur baby) makes her that much more unique.
